Shaun Morris began his fitness journey over 20 years ago at the University of Manitoba. Continuing from his training in physical anatomy, personal health and training , Shaun has worked with clients in all different capacities since graduating. His passion for his career is clear from the moment you meet him. 

Throughout his 20 year career he has developed a clientele based on referrals, word of mouth, and his reputation as a clear and efficient trainer. 

More than this, he also understands the level of trust and guidance required to help his clients reach their goals and has worked to develop personal relationships with his clients, leading to a busy 20+ people per day schedule of returning and long term clients.

Kaitlyn Ferens

Personal Trainer + Group Fitness Instructor

Kaitlyn has been working in the health and fitness industry for over ten years, and has a passion for helping others improve their quality of life through movement and exercise. Over the years she has strived to educate and encourage those around her while also drawing every person that she meets into a positive journey of pushing yourself to be the best that you can be.

As a former elite athlete and current TRX’er, spinner, yogi, and gym rat herself; living an active lifestyle is something that was instilled from a very young age. Her love for sports and fitness has helped her rehab numerous injuries as well as given her a better understanding of how important it is to have not only a strong body, but also to have a strong mind. Kaitlyn views continuing education as a pinnacle of life and is constantly expanding and developing her own skills and knowledge within the fitness industry. She holds the following certifications: Certified Personal Trainer, FMS Certified, TRX Master Trainer, Certified Power Plate Trainer, Certified Strong First Kettlebell Instructor and Lagree Instructor. She has completed several yoga certifications and incorporates all of the knowledge into her programming to include proper mobility, stability, and recovery as essential elements of a well-rounded fitness program.

Day or night, Kaitlyn takes the time to connect with each and every one of her students and you will always see her with a smile on her face. Her bright personality and enthusiastic attitude ignites a desire to push past your comfort zone and achieve more than you thought was possible. Her attention to form will help you succeed physically and her devotion to positive coaching will inspire you to come back time after time.
